E-Zavod
E-Zavod is a non-profit institute working in multidisciplinary fields including sustainable development, innovation, and business support. The mission of institute is to support integration of EU policies and improve quality of citizens’ life. Main focus is on supporting sustainable economy, open innovation and rural development. Key fields of excellence are sustainable development, social innovation, living labs, supporting low carbon society, smart cities, circular economy, and bioeconomy.

Darko Ferčej
Darko is head of EU project office, with background in environmental science and policy analysis and has 20 years of experiences in international project management covering different aspects of sustainable development. He has been coordinator of 4 EU funded international projects and participated as partner in 48 projects, financed from 9 different programmes including FP7 and H2020. He has deep knowledge in open innovation, bioeconomy, circular economy and nature-based solutions. He was member of European Commission Bioeconomy Stakeholder Forum, long term collaborator with European Network of Living Labs and member of Crowdhelix.
Ksenija Napast
Ksenija is a senior project manager with 20 years of experiences as EU project and financial management. Expert and as business advisor to vulnerable target groups of SFF/MFB, preparation of business plans to draw grants for SFF/MFB, in preparation of business plans, investment documentation, feasibility studies and financial analytics. Cooperation in implementation of activities in different EU projects in field of innovation and project supporting SMEs and NGOs. She oversaw financial and administrative management of 2 EU research projects.
