ANCI Toscana
ANCI Toscana is a non-profit association established to achieve the system of local and regional Tuscan autonomies founded on the principles of freedom, democracy and citizen participation.
ANCI Tuscany represents 269 Municipalities and constitutes the regional branch of the National Association of Italian Municipalities that represents 7318 Italian Municipalities. The Association’s main aim is the promotion and strengthening of institutional, regulatory, financial and organizational autonomy of municipalities and other Tuscan autonomies derived by the municipalities, through continuous action aimed at promoting and supporting the effective implementation of the principles established by the Constitution of the Republic, the Statute of the Tuscany Region and European Charter of Local Autonomies.

Matteo Satta
Matteo Satta in charge of scientific and dissemination coordination of the project. He has 10+ years of experience in the management of EU funded projects and is specialized in the fields of innovation in cities. He is a member of Major Cities of Europe and founder of “The CommEUnity”.
Besnik Mehmeti
Besnik Mehmeti in charge of the project’s administrative and financial coordination. He has 10+ years’ experience in the management of EU funded projects and is specialized in the fields of cultural and creative industries and local development.
Francesco Molinari
Francesco Molinari is in charge of the coordination of WP4 of the project. He has 20+ years’ experience in the management of EU funded projects and is a specialist in the fields of R&D and innovation policy, innovative public procurement and Living Labs.
Elena Conti
Elena Conti has 20+ years’ managerial experience in Italian local authorities. She is responsible of training and production area as well as main contact person for several EU funded projects.
