CLIMABOROUGH
launches Preliminary Market Consultations
in 8 European Cities
ANCI Toscana – in collaboration with the Cities of Athens, Cascais, Differdange, Grenoble-Alpes, Ioannina, Maribor, Sofia and Torino – has organized 8 Preliminary Market Consultations (PMCs), from 3 to 19 July 2023, with the objective to acquire information regarding potential solutions to be envisaged for the creation of 8 “Green and Climate neutral City Hubs”.
The PMCs will be run in a hybrid mode to ensure the widest possible participation.
The PMCs are open to all interested economic operators, particularly SMEs and start-up enterprises, as well as R&D institutions from both the public and the private sector.
The official calendar of the PMCs has been agreed as follows:
The open call for this procedure will be launched in September 2023
The Prior Information Notice of this calendar has also been published in the online version of the “Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union” – TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) – dedicated to public procurement.
The PMCs are run in preparation of a federated public procurement call, which will be launched and managed by ANCI Toscana, aimed at selecting 16 service providers (2 per City) able to meet specific challenges and predefined needs related to the creation of the local Hubs. The open call for this procedure – Innovation Partnership, see art. 31 of the Directive 2014/24/EU – will be launched in September 2023 and also properly advertised in the Official Journal of the EU and other popular channels.
Detailed information about the venue, a registration form to fill in and send out to be invited to the PMC, as well as an overview of the local challenge to be tackled, can be accessed in a separate page by clicking on the City name in the above schedule.
At the same link, the final report of each consultation will be made available for download, presenting all the information exchanged, the main conclusions and feedback received from the participants.
In principle, it is possible to attend more than one PMC, if not all of them. Working language will be English.
For any clarification, interested parties can send their questions to the following e-mail address: climab@climaborough.eu
Please note that in order to participate in each PMC a separate registration is required.
We look forward to meeting you soon.
